Remember in your prayers
PLEASE REMEMBER IN YOUR PRAYERS:
• Friends and relatives who are sick and are recovering from illness: Jessica Stevens, Gary Bowles, Shirley Magee, Carl Scheuman, A.J and Kane Hodal (Ila Dykinga’s twin grandchildren), and Terry Hall;
• Our service men and women who give of their time to protect our freedoms, especially David Kerly, and Chris Thomas;
• For the families in our community who are looking for an Early Learning Center and a safe place for their children;
• For those in our community who desire an intimate relationship with the Living Savior, may Jesus Christ satisfy their desires.
• Thanksgiving for those who give freely and generously of their time, talents and treasure for our church to the Glory of God;
• Wisdom for our elected officials as they serve in our behalf;
• Those who work at Heritage Health Care Center, who are committed to bringing the Word of the Lord to the residents in their care;
•The Church Council members, that they might lead our congregation wisely with the help of the Lord.
• Pastors and their wives. Keep them safe in the palm of His hand.
• Remember God’s work in Guinea as you pray: LCMS World Mission began working in Guinea in the mid-1990s, with a ministry among West African refugees who fled to Guinea to escape civil war and persecution in Liberia and Sierra Leone. Today, the mission continues with several missionaries ministering among this Muslim-majority people group.
