Peace Blessing Service

Peace Blessing Service June 26, 2011

Welcome to Peace Lutheran Church and Early Learning Center. This is a special day in the life of our congregation, and we are grateful for our many brothers and sisters in Christ who have sacrificially given of their time, talents, and treasures that we may be at the point of moving into our new facility.

For those of you who are visiting, we thank you for your presence and encouragement. May your worship with us be a blessing to you, just as your presence is a blessing to us!

The Passing of the Key and the Ribbon Cutting

God in His wisdom chooses to employ the talents and abilities He graciously bestows upon mankind for the building of His house of worship. The passing of the church key will symbolize the use of such gifts in the construction of this edifice, as follows:

To the Building Committee (Fred Grundeman, Chairman; Jane Aller, Gary Bowles, Jim Hanley,Gary Hazelett, Carl Scheuman, andBob Schmeckpeper) who have worked many hours in over seeing this project on behalf of our congregation,

To the Florida / Georgia District staff (Reverend Gregory Walton, President, Reverend Doug Kallesen, Executive Director of Mission – Outreach, and Mr. Mark Brink, Executive Director – School Ministries) whose vision began this new mission start and has given their support and encouragement throughout the years,

To the Lutheran Church Extension Fund (Mr. Daniel Reichart, Vice President – LCEF, and Mrs. Kathy Keene, Administrative Assistant) whose financial support and commitment has made this mission outreach a reality,
