Pastor Dennis J. Liebich
Pastor Liebich was born and reared in Toledo, Ohio. He graduated from Concordia College in Ann Arbor, Michigan, in 1971, with at Associate Degree. In 1976 he graduated from Concordia Teacher’s College in River Forest, Illinois, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education.
From 1976 until 1982, he served as a Director of Christian Education at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Toledo, Ohio.
He attended Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri, from 1982–1986 when he was ordained into the Office of the Public Ministry. He served the Missouri District from 1986—1989, during which time he also served as an Associate Pastor of Zion Lutheran Church, Harvester, Missouri.
He served as Pastor of Messiah Lutheran Church, Weldon Spring, Missouri, from 1989-2002, when he was called as Associate Pastor of Our Savior Lutheran Church, Carol Stream, Illinois.
He began his work as Mission Developer for the Florida-Georgia District on May 1, 2004.
On October 14, 2007, Pastor Liebich announced to the congregation that he has accepted the call to be the Pastor of Peace congregation. He was installed on November 4th, 2007 during the worship service
