Power and Peace.

These words identify what we believe God wants you to experience in relationship with him.

Power and Peace.

These are more than concepts - we believe they are fundamentally what Peace church is all about.

God's Power is vividly illustrated in the nature of his limitless capacity to Love. We want you to experience this love as we have.

God's Peace is experienced in "shalom" - being filled with well-being. More than simply the absence of conflict, God's Peace fills with composure and calm.

The vision that goes out ahead of us is, "Every Relationship Experiences God's Power and Peace." From simply welcoming to sermons that proclaim profound Truth, our vision is that God's Power and Peace affect you.

Are you looking to experience God's Power and Peace? If so, Peace is for you.

We're all very human here, so, we don't do things perfectly or necessarily get them right on the first try - but we are firm believers in first receiving, then inviting and finally investing in you and us together experiencing God's Power and Peace.

You are welcome here!

What time is worship and what's the focus/theme?    10am - Sunday Worship

Sunday worship is at 10am. Communion is celebrated every 2nd, 4th, and 5th Sunday. You are invited and encouraged to participate in a pre-service prayer from 8:30 - 9am, Bible Study on current theme  9am - 9:50am, and Fellowship Brunch after worship.

Our current worship focus,"Experiencing God" spans January through March and is designed to challenge and transform your soul as we (re)discover God's Plans and the role we play within them!  Please refer to Pastor's blog for more detailed..

What is worship like?
We call our worship style, "both/and." We worship with treasures old and new! (Matthew 13.52) We praise God with both
traditional and contemporary resources to best communicate relevant and meaningful take-aways. The point is leaving the sanctuary and entering the world with God's Power and Peace providing confidence in Christ. We'll utilize a wide-array of resources toward that end!

How do people dress?
Well, this IS Florida and it can get hot here, so dress is comfortable and casual. From shorts and sandals to a business casual look, you are welcome to come as you are!

What if I have noisy little ones during worship?
We encourage children to join in the worship experience. There is a nursery available for infants and toddlers (children 4 years old or younger) if you need or would like. There are speakers in the Nursery and in the Fellowship Hall so you can still remain connected to the sanctuary. In the hallway there are ACTIVITY BAGS that can be borrowed for younger children.

Children aged 3 to 7 are invited to attend Children's Church in session during the sermon.
